12/25/2022 0 Comments Boruto naruto next generations13 episodes that adapt the arc of the movie, Now this is hyping! This is so intriguing! The viewers will want to know more! What do we do then? LET'S PUT 80 FILLERS IN A ROW! The anime starts with a very intriguing scene: Boruto facing a certain guy, who claims he killed Naruto and the Shinobi era is over, and who apparently destroyed Konoha. But NOTHING, in my opinion, justifies such dishonesty as Masashi Kishimoto shows with Boruto. To be honest, Boruto is probably worth more than that. I would answer: so is the "cash-grabness" of this series. Okay, if you see my rating you will probably say it's exaggerated. VERDICT - Save yourself the time and skip this poor excuse of a sequel The same goes for the other kids with the only exception being Mitsuki who is kinda interesting. That's the whole shtick Boruto has got going on for himself. An entitled, whiny brat that hates his father. Boruto is a poor excuse for a main character. The music is just there to complement the animation but none of the soundtracks remain in the memory after the episode ends.ĬHARACTERS - Atrocious copies of the former cast. The animation is good, colorful and vivid, worthy for a Shonen anime. The fact that the Genin-level main cast can deal with Chuunin-Jounin level shinobi on a frequent basis is just awful writing. It's just this slice of life bullshit that doesn't build character at all, just random missions. The plot has had no real development since the first episode, nothing really happens. This show is as much of a disappointment as a sequel to the original, as it is as a stand alone show. It took me 40 episodes to realize that whatever the first Naruto had, Boruto lacks completely. "The Sequel No One Asked For But Still Got" It is a decent read, great art work, great flow but the plot is kinda meh! I would still suggest reading the manga anyway, until you feel it getting out of hand. I've read over 60 chapters and I'm putting it down. Started off strong but everyone is over-powered and it just isn't fun to follow any more. Check out the manga but avoid the anime at all costs! The anime is mostly not based on the manga but is instead anime canon (I don't know why?). Update: I have been reading the Boruto manga for a while now and it is good. all boring to watch with no real cost to their outcome and kids who aren't even genin yet beat jounin level shinobi constantly.Īs someone who's watched Naruto and Naruto Shipudden, I have to say I'm disappointed. As the main character, 80% of his identity is the fact that he "hates" his dad, Naruto. It feels like the story is just bumbling on and skipping any of the episodes will have resulted in me missing nothing.īoruto (the character) is the worst part of it all. The animation is atrocious half of the time and there is zero plot development. I can't believe that it took me 31 episodes before I finally accepted how awful it is.īoruto tries to capitalise on Naruto nostalgia but has nothing going for it. New friends and familiar faces join Boruto as a new story begins in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations.īoruto is a trainwreck. However, a sinister force brewing within the village may threaten Boruto's carefree life. Unfortunately, this has only worsened his arrogance and his desire to surpass Naruto which, along with his father's busy lifestyle, has strained their relationship. Despite having inherited Naruto's boisterous and stubborn demeanor, Boruto is considered a prodigy and is able to unleash his potential with the help of supportive friends and family. Under the watchful eye of Naruto and his old comrades, a new generation of shinobi has stepped up to learn the ways of the ninja.īoruto Uzumaki is often the center of attention as the son of the Seventh Hokage. Now resembling a modern metropolis, Konohagakure has changed, particularly the life of a shinobi. This is all due to the efforts of the Allied Shinobi Forces and the village's Seventh Hokage, Naruto Uzumaki. Following the successful end of the Fourth Shinobi World War, Konohagakure has been enjoying a period of peace, prosperity, and extraordinary technological advancement.
